I am a hands-on, detail-oriented consultant who strives to deliver value efficiently through structured approaches to complex problems. Colleagues and clients describe me as thorough, conscientious, and diplomatic.
I founded RW Strategies in 2017 to serve clients directly as an independent consultant. I honed my consulting skills and business acumen over the course of 15 years working in client service for PwC, IBM, and Accenture. In addition, I worked at Under Armour for over three years in sales operations, sales analytics/demand planning, and merchandise planning.
I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University.
During the course of my career, I've successfully delivered 40+ projects for 35 different clients. I've primarily worked in the retail and consumer goods & services industries, but I've also served clients in industrial/manufacturing, pharmaceuticals/life sciences, healthcare, and government.
As an independent consultant, I'm increasingly working with private equity-backed portfolio companies. These projects have spanned a variety of topics, including project management/PMO, organization redesign/transition, organization development/recruiting, process redesign and training, sales operations enablement, warehouse/inventory strategy, workplace assessment/voice of business, and change management.
